COMPANY INTERNAL PRIVATE PLACEMENT SERVICE

N200,000 per Candidate

✅ We will screen and book 2-3 qualified and experienced workers for the employer to choose one worker from.
✅ We will verify 2-3 valid guarantors, workers' addresses and other basic checks on the chosen candidate.
✅ A copy of the chosen workers' biodata file, guarantors, previous employers and other details will be forwarded to the employer for their records, safekeeping and further checks after hiring.
✅ Employer is entitled to one free replacement valid within a 3-month window for the employer to ascertain if the current worker should be changed or retained for the long term.
✅ Workers' salaries are negotiated directly and agreed to, between the employer and the chosen worker. We do not deduct or take out any part of workers' monthly salaries.
✅ We only require to confirm from the employer and the worker, that an agreed salary rate and all other work terms have been mutually agreed to. eg. Salary can be N50,000 or N500,000; we have no input or influence there. The mutually agreed salary rate is paid by the employer directly to the worker's bank account monthly.
✅ The requested worker category cannot be changed midway once booking, and screening have commenced.
✅ No refund of payment once booking and screening have commenced, based on the employer's submitted worker request.
