Job Description
We urgently seek to hire a Domestic Staff / Supervisor for our Northern Muslim Family at Lekki , Lagos State.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
1.Put the absolute safety of the children first before all other responsibilities.
2.Assume responsibility in your Principal’s absence, for ensuring domestic related requests for purchases are well taken care of.
3.Oversee all domestic staff performance to ensure they are doing their jobs and following the house’s operational routine.
4.Proactively procure household goods, groceries and any other domestic requirements, routinely.
5.Set appointments, supervise and oversee home repairs and maintenances (e.g. AC repairs, plumbing work, electrical and any other necessary repairs).
6.Keep a routine inventory of the household items and make a comprehensive request for restock in a timely and proactive manner. (E.g. create a comprehensive list of items needed at least 1 week before they are required to give room for payment approvals).
7.Be a point of contact for external domestic and service providers for household requirements.
8.Work with other domestic staff for the management of house-related projects.
9.Inspect the house on a weekly basis for things that requires attention or maintenances.
10.Run errands as needed (e.g., household groceries shopping, etc.)
11.Handle and oversee the kids’ household activities and welfare.
12.Matured and can take leadership
