Details such as live-in or live-out, age range, job category, spoken languages or tribe, educational qualifications, skills important to you,and full job descriptions. Post and publicise your job vacancy to a large audience of waiting workers on our platform. -This is advisable as some worker categories are in high demand. Posting your vacancy on the platform notifies available workers to reach out to you within minutes |or hours.

After posting your job vacancy details, browse through some workers' profiles to see possible fits

View all candidate's profiles and easily place a direct phone call, send SMS, in-app message or WhatsApp chat with those that are of interest or seem like a fit to you. Also, check in on your employer's private dashboard for workers that might have messaged you or applied to your job post already.

Sort, Shortlist, interview, decline, approve and hire your preferred candidates right on your employer dashboards

Next, download and print a copy of the worker's file & documentation about their verified guarantors details, biodata details, ID, personal details, previous employers details etc. File and save the downloaded documents for your records and save keeping. Inform your worker(s) on when to resume work, that's all.
